SCOTCH OATIES COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
3 eggs
1/2 lb. honey
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 lb. raw sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. glutton flour
1 c. dry buttermilk powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 c. (more or less) water

With electric mixer on medium speed, mix the butter, raw sugar, eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla. Stir together the flours, oats, buttermilk powder, cinnamon, soda, and nutmeg and add to butter mixture. Mix in the water and lemon extract. Drop by tablespoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet or roll into balls. Bake at 320 degrees about 12 minutes.
