SAUCY SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1/2 lb. pkg. Creamette Ziti, uncooked
1-1 1/2 lbs. Polka Kielbasa, sliced in wedges
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 c. cauliflowerettes
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 lbs. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

In large kettle boil 3 quarts of water. Add Ziti, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Hillshire Farms Kielbasa, broccoli, and cauliflower; continue for 5 minutes; drain.

In medium saucepan melt butter; stir in flour, add milk. Cook until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Combine Ziti, Polka Kielbasa, vegetables, and cheese sauce; serve immediately.
