PINEAPPLE SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1 pkg. ground sausage
1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
Dash of ginger
1 1/3 c. rice

Brown sausage evenly in skillet. Drain off all but 1 tablespoon drippings. Add onions and saute, briefly stirring frequently. Meanwhile, drain pineapple measuring syrup and add water to make 1 1/3 cups liquid. Add syrup mixture, brown sugar, salt, mustard, pepper, ginger, and pineapple to skillet. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
