GLORIFIED RICE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) frozen topping, thawed

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water, add pineapple juice and enough cold water to make 1 cup, add pineapple, rice, and marshmallows and stir. Chill until it starts to set then add whipped topping.
