CURRIED HALIBUT STEAKS 
2 halibut steaks, 1 1/2 lbs. each
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. fresh bread cubes or Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned cubes
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. curry powder
5 tbsp. butter, melted

GARNISH: (optional):

Bacon
Lemon wedges
Parsley

Start heating oven to 350 degrees. In bowl with fork toss together well the rice, bread cubes, celery, onion, 2 tablespoons snipped parsley, curry and 2 tablespoons melted butter. In a well greased dish 13"x9"x2" place 1 steak. Spread rice mixture over steak, place second steak on top. Secure with toothpicks. Combine 3 tablespoons melted butter with 2 tablespoons snipped parsley over steaks. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Garnish with cooked, crisp bacon, lemon wedges and parsley.
