GRANDMA D'S SPECIAL SPINACH 
1 (12 to 16 oz.) bag frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1-2 celery sticks, chopped into thin slices
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

In a skillet melt butter. Add spinach, onions and celery. Cook vegetables until onions are clear and celery is tender. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted into the mixture. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
