HOLIDAY BREAKFAST 
8 eggs, slightly beaten
6 or 8 slices bread, cubed (including crusts)
1 lb. sausage, cooked
2 c. milk
1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs and pour over other ingredients; tossing lightly. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
