RUTH'S MEAT LOAF 
The secret ingredient in this recipe is the water!

1 tbsp. olive oil
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef, pork, veal)
3/4 c. old fashioned cooking oats
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. egg
1/4 c. water

In 1 tablespoons of olive oil saute celery, and onion until tender. In large bowl, mix meat, cooking oats, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, egg, celery and onion mixture and 1/4 cup water. Mixture should not be too tight. In 13 x 9 inch shape meat into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
