STRAWBERRY SOUP 
This is an unusual cold soup which will enhance either a luncheon or a dinner.

1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 pt. strawberries

Early in the day, blend all ingredients except 3 strawberries. Using a blender, make sure the mixture becomes smooth. Refrigerate until chilled. Slice 3 strawberries as a garnish. Serves 4.
