PEPPERONI RIGATONI 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
10 oz. rigatoni noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown beef. During last few minutes add onion and Italian seasoning. Drain well. Cook noodles according to package directions.

Combine spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, half the Mozzarella cheese, and half the Cheddar. Add the noodles to this mixture and toss well. Turn into large buttered casserole dish. Top with remaining Mozzarella and Cheddar. Bake 350 degrees until bubbly.
