PERFECT BROWNIES 
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Melt butter and cocoa together in a small pot. Blend sugar and eggs together, then stir into melted cocoa mixture. Beat in flour, salt and baking powder mixture, then stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into 9 inch greased and floured square pan and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Top with icing (chocolate) while hot.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa

Melt in a pot, remove from stove. Add 1/2 box confectioners' sugar with a little milk and 2 teaspoons vanilla and mix good. Spread over brownies. Cut while warm into squares.
