6 c. Bisquick (Betty Crocker) 3 c. milk 3 eggs 6 tbsp. oil (I add an extra egg and 2 tsp. oil) Beat these ingredients until well blended. (I make this as least 1 hour before using and put in the refrigerator until needed.) With this, we serve fresh fruit or ham. Also we serve honey butter (1 cup honey, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and dash of nutmeg; heat in microwave until butter melts). The last half or whole waffle they want to eat we serve crushed strawberries, whipped cream, and finely chopped nuts. |
