4 eggs, separated 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 2 tbsp. cooking oil Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks. Add milk, vanilla, butter and cooking oil to egg yolks and beat well. Add flour and salt to egg yolk mixture. Fold beaten egg whites into batter. Place waxed paper between hot grids for a second to help to prevent sticking. |
