COURTNEY'S FAVORITE POTATOES AU
GRATIN
 
1 1/2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 pt. half and half or milk
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Arrange frozen hash browns in a baking dish. Melt all remaining ingredients in a saucepan; pour over potatoes. Stir gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or longer. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Yield: 9-12 servings.
