SAUSAGE WITH PEACHES (Southern
Brunch)
 
2 lb. fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1" slices
1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches, drained

Cook sausage in 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 10 minutes. Add peaches; reduce heat. Cover and heat over low heat until peaches are hot. About 5 minutes.
