STUFFED ARTICHOKES 
4 artichokes
1/2 c. butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. parsley, chopped fine
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Wash, cut bottom from artichokes and trim leaf tips. Place artichokes in plastic bag, twist end to close bag and pierce bag. Microwave on high 14-16 minutes. Turn dish 2 times. Let stand covered 3 minutes. Melt butter. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add parsley, bread crumbs, and cheese. Mix well. Fill each leaf of artichoke with bread crumb mixture starting at bottom. When ready to serve, microwave 4 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
