ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 can sm. green peas
1 can she peg white corn
1 can French cut green beans
1 jar pimento, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. vinegar

Drain vegetables and combine with pimento, onion, and green pepper. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over salad. Chill. Serves 10. (Better if allowed to marinate overnight.)
