SUNDAY RICE DRESSING 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onions and tops, chopped
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces
1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 c. beef or chicken bouillon (made from 3 cubes and 2 c. hot water or 2 c. chicken stock)

Combine all ingredients. Bake without stirring in a 2 quart casserole with tight fitting lid for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove lid and toss.
