2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained dry
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix (dry straight from/pkg.)
1 sm. can water chestnuts, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced, including tops
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix and chill. Can use crackers or hollow out unsliced shepherd's bread and use hollowed out bread for dipping.
