PARTY SPINACH DIP 
1 (12 oz.) carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
1/4 c. dry vegetable soup mix
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add cottage cheese. Process until smooth. 88 appetizers.
