SPINACH DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach - defrosted & squeezed
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr)
1 can water chestnuts - diced
2 green onions (salad) - sliced
1 round loaf pumpernickel or rye bread - whole

Mix all ingredients in blender. Blend until desired consistency.

Cut center of bread out - just make a shell - fill with dip.

Cut leftover bread or tear into bite size pieces.
