RED PIG BAR - B - Q SAUCE 
1 qt. water
1 qt. vinegar
2 qt. (32 oz.) ketchup
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 jars bar-b-q spice (Food Lion)
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
