"SAVE A PIG" VEGETARIAN CUTLET 
DRY:

8 oz. (1 cup) vital wheat gluten
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika

WET:

1 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Separately, mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until combined.

Using your hand turn and fold the dough a few time in the bowl. Separate into 6 small balls. Flatten each ball into a cutlet shape and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
