QUILLIAM PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat (beef)
1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper
2/3 c. instant rice
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water

Mix together meat, salt, pepper and instant rice. Form into about 16 balls. Brown meatballs and onion in heated oil. Mix catsup and water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer about 20 to 30 minutes. 4 servings.
