GROUND CHUCK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck or hamburger
1 sm. sliced onion
1 sm. can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles

Brown meat and onion in a small amount of fat. Add mushrooms and soup. Salt and pepper to taste and add cheese. Boil noodles and drain. Combine the noodles and meat mixture and mix well. Put in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
