1 box ripe cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. very cold vodka
2 tbsp. Kosher salt

Blanch the tomatoes and cool in water. Peel. Arrange tomatoes in a bowl with a toothpick in each. Dip tomatoes in the vodka and then in a tiny bit of Kosher salt.
