THREE ORANGE SALAD | |
2 c. boiling liquid (water or fruit syrup) 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 1 pt. orange sherbet (2 c.) 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained Pour boiling liquid on gelatin in boil. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add orange sherbet, stir until melted. Stir in oranges and pineapple. Pour into 6-cup ring mold and refrigerate until firm. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip if desired. |
