TOMATO - VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. diced potato
7 c. water
1 c. diced canned tomatoes
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley

Bring the water and the tomato products to a boil. Add all the vegetables and the seasonings. Reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Serves 8.
