DEER STEW 
2 lbs. deer meat or stew meat
6 raw carrots, sliced
6 lg. potatoes, cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Salt to taste

Boil meat until tender, about 1 hour, in water. Add carrots, boil about 10 minutes. Add potatoes and onions and cook until all ingredients are tender. Add barbecue sauce, catsup and A-1 sauce. Add Kitchen Bouquet to brown. Mix cornstarch with water and add to mixture to thicken.
