TOSTADA PIZZA 
1 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 lb. ground beef
16 oz. refried beans
1 c. salsa
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 tomato, chopped
Sour cream, optional

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 12 inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Combine flour, 2 tablespoons cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add milk and oil; stir until dough clings and forms a ball. Turn onto lightly floured surface, knead 5 times. Roll dough into a 12 inch circle. Place on pan, bake 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Brown ground beef with onion, drain well. Spoon refried beans on crust, spoon ground beef and onion over beans. Spoon salsa on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream.
