BISCUIT HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Brown meat, onions and green pepper. Stir in soup and pimento, simmer 10 minutes. Add sour cream and place in casserole dish. Top with biscuits and butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
