HAMBURGER AND BISCUIT HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. ketchup
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped green olives
Can of buttermilk biscuits
Sliced green olives

Brown hamburger with salt, pepper and onion. Add soups and ketchup. Soften cream cheese in milk and add to above. Add chopped olives. Put in 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees until it starts to bubble, about 15 minutes. Put biscuits on top. Slice olives on top of biscuits. Bake 25 minutes or until biscuits are done and brown on top.
