HAMBURGER AND BISCUITS 
Fry hamburger and drain grease

1/8 c. chopped onions
Green chilies
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. minced onion (optional)

Simmer. 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Cut refrigerator biscuits in half. Place 10 on bottom of pan.

1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese (save 1/4 c.)
3/4 c. Cheddar (save 1/4 c.)
Mushrooms (optional)

Add to meat. Pour over biscuits. Place other half on top of meat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
