HAMBURGER BISCUIT ROLL
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 recipe biscuit dough

Combine ground beef, onion and green bell pepper in skillet and saute until lightly browned. Pour off fat. Mix in salt, pepper and enough chili sauce to make of spreading consistency. Divide dough in half and roll each half into rectangle, 1/2" thick. Spread each rectangle with meat mixture. Roll up, beginning at wide side. Seal by pinching edges of the dough together. Place seam side down, on greased baking sheet and pierce with fork to let steam escape. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cut into 1/2" to 1" thick slices and serve warm.

NOTE: You can also use the meat mixture as you would sloppy joe mix on hamburger buns instead of putting it in the biscuit dough.
