MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-10 potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk

Cook potatoes until done and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. Beat until well blended. Add enough milk for right consistency.

Put mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees until hot. Can be put in refrigerator before baking to bake later.

NOTE: This is a good recipe to make ahead and is good for a crowd -- good for Thanksgiving.
