HAMBURGER SAUSAGE ROLL | |
4 lbs. lean hamburger 1 tsp. onion powder 2 c. cool water 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 4 tsp. liquid smoke 2 tsp. mustard seeds 6 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick salt (must have) Mix spices in water and add hamburger; mix well. Form into 3 rolls. Wrap in heavy-duty foil, shiny side up. Chill for 24 hours. Poke holes in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in broiler pan. |
