E Z & QUICK SALSA 
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 (3 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
Garlic powder, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped, optional

Coarsely chop tomatoes. Add onions chopped in 1/4 inch segments. Add chilis and seasonings to taste. Mix all together and chill to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate unused portion.
