APPLE PIE AND CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 c. lard
1 level tsp. salt
1/2 c. ice water

Finish as any other pie crust. Makes 2 single crusts.

FILLING:

6 apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter

Mix apples filling in bowl and add to the bottom crust. Roll out and put on top crust. Bake as any other pie.
