2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
6 apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan.

Beat together the first 6 ingredients. Spread batter into prepared pan. Mix the apples, cinnamon, and sugar together. Place apples on top of batter. Dot with butter and bake for 40 minutes.
