PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 pork chops, trimmed, per person
1 can cream of onion or cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
5-6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
Salt and pepper
Oil

Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil. Remove chops. Add soup and water to drippings. Mix well. Spread potatoes in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and chops. Add more water, if needed, to cover potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
