PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 potatoes, sliced
5 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 fresh tomato, cut up
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 soup can water
4 to 6 pork chops, seasoned with salt & pepper
Parsley flakes

In greased casserole dish, alternate layers of sliced potatoes, onions, tomato, salt and pepper. Mix mushroom soup with water, pour over mixture. Place un-browned pork chops on top. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
