TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 head lettuce
1 sm. can red kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
2 or 3 tomatoes
1 lg. bag nacho cheese flavor Doritos
1 lg. bottle Kraft Thousand Island dressing

Brown ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add beans and simmer. Wash and chop lettuce and tomatoes and crunch up chips. Grate cheese and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, including meat mixture and Thousand Island dressing. Serve warm or chilled.
