CHICKEN BISQUICK 
flour, salt and pepper
3 pounds chicken breast

Melt 1 stick of butter in a deep frying pan. Fry chicken until golden brown and set aside (not done, just brown).

To mixture in pan, add:

1 tbsp. minced onions
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. sage or Bell's Seasoning
1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 bay leaf

Add 3 cups of water and return chicken to pan. Boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.

When tender, add:

Bisquick dumplings:

3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. milk

Mix together and drop on top of chicken mixture. Put in oven and brown dumplings.
