LEMON PUDDING DESSERT | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. nuts 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix 3 c. milk Combine flour, nuts and butter (melted). Press in 8 x 12 inch glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together and spread on cooled crust. Mix instant pudding and milk. Spread on top of the cream cheese layer. Top with more Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight. |
