LEMON WHIPPER SNAPS 
1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl; Stir. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar; roll. Place 1 1/2" apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool on wire racks.
