2 c. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 c. diced apples (unpeeled)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. seedless grapes

Blend cranberries well in blender. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Add apples, grapes and pecans to cranberry mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Serve immediately. This salad looks pretty served in a glass bowl.
