1 round steak
1 can beef broth
1/2 can water
6 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced

Salt, pepper and flour steak after you cut steak into about 6 pieces, brown in oil. Add broth and 1/2 can water. Cover, simmer until nearly done. Add sliced potato and sliced onions. Simmer until done.
