ROUND STEAK WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
2 lb. round steak
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Flour
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water

Cut steak into individual serving pieces and heat the steak. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each piece. Dip in flour. Brown steak on both sides.

Mix water with soup. Put onions on top of steak and cook with soup and water. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until tender.
