1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. or 3 c. cooked turkey, shaved
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. or less liquid smoke
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Combine barbecue ingredients and simmer until flavors blend. Add turkey. Heat thoroughly and serve on buns.
