QUICK SPAGHETTI SAUCE (TURKEY) 
2 lbs. ground turkey
Olive oil
1 pkg. onion soup
1/2 c. dry parsley
1/4 c. chopped dehydrated onions
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
Garlic powder to taste
Pepper to taste

Brown ground turkey in olive oil, breaking it up while browning. Add all other dry ingredients either before meat is completely brown or after totally browned. Add V-8 juice and then cook sauce down about 1 hour or to your desired thickness.

This sauce can be used on any kind of pasta (spaghetti, rice, polenta or risotto). If used with rice, cook rice separate, then add it to sauce and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Be sure it does not get too dry or you may have to add a little water or broth. This dish, rice with sauce is called Risotto. (Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.)
